Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
